1 Lifestyle Training Plans
These include an individualized training program based on your goals, time and facilities available and takes into account any injuries or medical conditions you may have. Can be done at home or in a gym.
2 Athlete Training Plans
These include a full periodized approach to peak for a specific event on a particular date/day. The available time is subdivided into different cycles so as to ensure the athlete ticks all the boxes required to be successful but also avoid potential over training/burnout.
Needs to have gym access and field/court/pool access (dependent on the sport.)
3 Competition Prep
Specific to bodybuilding athletes, male and female. This includes a periodized approach to training to deliver the perfect aesthetic condition on show day. It includes all training plans, peak week taper and show assistance ie pump up, tan application etc
