We educate and teach you about the science of nutrition and working out how best it works for you, to create long lasting results.

 

The longer we can do that, the better you’re results will be. You will feel stronger, faster, leaner and happier.

But ONLY if you make that commitment to yourself.

 

We do this by setting up the perfect PERFORMANCE nutrition plan looking at 4 areas –

 

Calories:
You need to know how many calories you need and have enough fuel to recover and perform in your training. You wouldn’t go on a journey that needed a full tank of petrol with only a quarter of a tank. Likewise, if you use petrol you would NOT fill up with diesel. Knowing WHAT fuel works best is of equal importance.

 

Food Quality:
This area is also important, the ratios and types of nutrients you put in your body. You need a plan which nourishes your body optimally NOT one which leaves you short.

 

Timing:
Certain intensities require different energy – lower intensities are more fat fueled and higher more carb fueled. However, it is NOT that simple – you need to make sure that you are getting those carbs and fats from the right sources. NOT all carbs and fats are created equal.

 

Accountability:
Using the journey analogy…. NOT having accountability is like going on a journey without a map or GPS. You start driving in the wrong direction and pick up a few signs – all is good for a while BUT then you get lost. With the GPS it is easy because someone is telling you exactly what to do and when.
